Build Your Erasmus+: From Idea to Proposal
🟢 OBJECTIVE:
To empower higher education staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to develop competitive Erasmus+ project proposals by guiding them through the entire project development cycle — from idea generation to final presentation — within an international, collaborative learning environment.
🟢 PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:
From Concept to Proposal: Participants will be guided step-by-step through the process of developing an Erasmus+ project idea into a draft proposal ready for submission.
International Collaboration: Work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams to simulate real Erasmus+ partnerships.
Hands-on Learning: Daily interactive sessions combining theory with practical group work, peer reviews, and expert feedback.
Proposal Writing Workshops: Focused support on writing key parts of the application: objectives, methodology, impact, dissemination, and budget.
Final Project Pitch: Each team presents and defends their project idea before a panel of peers and Erasmus+ experts.
Trips and entertainment.

🟢 HOW TO APPLY:
Contact the Erasmus coordinator of your home university to confirm eligibility for Erasmus Staff Mobility.
🟢 REGISTER:
Funding:
Participants are supposed to cover their expenses with the Erasmus+ grant provided by their home institution.
Please contact the International Office of your home university to get more information on funding.
Staff need to be nominated by their home university to participate in the BIP programme.
